  • The Timeline:
    • Pre-order window: Closes after 72 hours.
    • International transit: Takes 4–5 business days.
    • Local delivery: Takes 1–2 business days.
  • Total Wait Time: Expect your order at your door within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your package leaves our local hub. Please allow the full 10 business days to pass before contacting support for updates.
